Shipping Policy

Processing time

New orders currently ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase. You get an order confirmation by email right away and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, delivery takes 7-12 business days. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. These are estimates and can vary with your location, the carrier and customs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking can take 3-5 business days to show updates in the carrier's system. If it still does not work after that, email us.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Damaged package?

If your order arrives damaged, email adauw.hilfe@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Delays

We do everything we can to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. If your order is badly delayed, contact us and we will help.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may cost an extra shipping fee.
