Refund Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To start a return, email us at adauw.hilfe@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and the next steps. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
