Does it need to be plugged in?
No. The robe runs on a USB power bank that sits in its pocket, so there is no cord tying you to the wall. Walk to the kitchen, curl up on the couch, move around the house - it keeps you warm wherever you go. When the power bank runs low, recharge it like your phone.
What size should I order?
One size hugs all. Our heated robes are a roomy, full-length hooded robe made to wrap over whatever you are already wearing, from head to toe, with pockets to tuck your feet in. Nothing to measure, no size to pick, no getting it wrong.
How long does the heat last?
That depends on your power bank and the heat level. Lower settings use less power, so they last longer. When the bank is empty, recharge it or swap in a second one and keep going.
Is it safe to wear?
Yes. It runs on low-voltage USB power - the same kind that charges your phone - so there is no wall current in the robe. The heating has overheating protection. Like any heated garment, we do not recommend sleeping in it all night.
Is it a good gift?
One of the easiest gifts of the year. One size hugs all, so there is no awkward size question, and every horror fan with a couch will actually wear it.
How warm does it get?
You set the heat with the remote from a gentle 86°F up to a toasty 122°F. It warms up in about 60 seconds.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Email us at adauw.hilfe@gmail.com with your order number. If your robe arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo or video and we will arrange a replacement. You can also return your order within 30 days.
How long does shipping take?
New orders currently ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Delivery then takes 7-12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
